Can be a hundred or more years old and have been gently used.Edge wear on gold is to be considered as normal and the usual. Also, please remember that old glass. And porcelain were not manufactured with the sophisticated technology that we have today. Therefore there may be glaze pops. Black pin dots, and minor factory flaws.
